Community Council

Read their minutes Meetings are about once a month, in Rhynie OR Gartly OR Kennethmont OR Clatt. They are unintelligible, because they launch into where they left off in last month's discussion, without explaining 'the story so far' to any newcomers. And they hate vegetation: they are always complaining about some hedge or roadside bank that is 'unkempt', but they never complain about the places where somebody has strimmed and sprayed some nice plants to death in the cause of 'tidiness'.
